![]() ![]() It worked as I landed on the edge of the cliff. I collected my thoughts and concentrated, attempting to use Xelor's Dial again. Yugo on the other hand, used his super awesome speed of light portal power. My eyes widened with fear realizing I couldn't make it to the other side of the cliff. Yugo and I both began to run, jumping off a cliff as the Bow Wow followed us. I heard Ad scream and when I turned around the Bow Wow was right behind us. The Tofu both seemed to believe him as they flew off into the distance. He looked as if he could pass out at any second. Show me the way." He said through panting. We were going as fast as we possibly could when Ad told us to go even faster. That bought us a moment or two to start running again. Dust particles from the ground flew up into the air. I peaked behind us just in time to see the Bow Wow jump into the air and try to attack Yugo, but the Eliatrope was quick to react as he made a portal, sending the Bow Wow into one of the crystal pillars surrounding us. I looked up at Adamai and was expecting to hear him yell at us to hurry, but instead I heard him say, "Yugo watch out!" His voice was shaky and distraught. "Y-yeah!" Yugo agreed, stopping for a quick breath. Hard to breath!" I said stagnantly while we pondered with haste. Once we landed on the other side, we both stopped for a breath before continuing to run. There was a cliff up ahead so we both had to create portals to get over it. As fast as I can." Yugo struggled to speak. Our breaths began to slow as we struggled to get enough energy to continue running. The suns heat against our skin began to cool down slightly as we ran. "R-right!" I stuttered a bit as I sped up so I wouldn't slow him down. "Here we go!" He yelled grabbing my hand and running. "Just run Yugo! We can't lose more time looking for shade!" "But it won't stop us either!" Adamai protested. "But he's too fast for us!" Yugo explained. "We need to find a cave to hide in, quick!" ![]() We really need to go!" He flew over to us, waving his wings faster. "Why is he howling?" Ad asked as he looked around. Yugo stood up and I turned around to the direction the noise came from. In the distance we could hear the Bow Wow howling. "Come on Yugo! The clock is still ticking! We need to go." I said getting ready to start moving again, even though I would have loved to keep resting there for a moment or two. We're already halfway there!" Adamai said. I stood beside him and put my hands on my knees, taking deep long breaths from exhaustion. This process continued for a good ten minutes or so before Yugo sat down beside a rock. We ran the little parts of the shade we could to make more distance between us and the Bow Wow. Yugo created another portal and I just morphed beside him again. "We've still got a lot of land to cover." Ad said. I am only twelve years of age, so it makes sense. "This skill is so awesome!" I cheered, like a child. As soon as I did that, I felt a burst of wind rush over me and I was all of sudden right beside Yugo. I took a deep breath and thought about where I wanted to go. Yugo jumped through his portal and wound up in the next shaded section. I felt myself blush a little before I nodded and began to focus. "Just believe in yourself, Kaido." Yugo told me with a slight smile. "But I don't even know how I did that in the first place." I said. ![]() "Yeah, but Yugo's strong and you could try using Tesseract again!" Ad said. "That's a really long distance though." I said. Looks like his power isn't back to normal yet. "Who said anything about running?" Adamai asked, still in his Tofu form. ![]() "We'll never make it if we run across now. "The shaded area's are way too far here." He informed. "It's still too hot!" He looked around, even though his eyes were closed. "Ouch!" He yelped, pulling his hand back into the shade. Yugo reached out to touch one of the rays of the sun and it instantly burned him. We could see a bunch of space with pillars of rock springing up from the ground, and above it there seemed to be sharp and tall mountain like features. "We need to lose the pooch or else we'll lead him right there!" He said as we came across the sunlight and a wide opening. "Yeah but it also means that we're timed." Adamai replied. "So we should be safe for a little bit then!" I stated, following behind the two. That would be a good thing if we were in Kingdom Hearts, but this is not Kingdom Hearts, this is the real world! Light is bad, darkness is good! They were tall enough to block the sun and provide enough shade, but the further we ran, the closer to the light we became. The canyon walls towered over us as we dashed across the island. "If he found it, he would have came here himself." Adamai said. "You think Nox found out about the Dofus?" Yugo asked as we all proceeded through the desert. ![]()
